This event is for 1st Grade VLA students and their families only. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
Join Your 1st Grader's Class Trip to Pretend City Children's Museum!
Get ready for an adventure in learning! Pretend City Children's Museum is a child-sized, interactive city built for young minds to explore how the world works — all through hands-on play and imagination. Kids can step into real-world roles, try new things, and let their creativity take the lead, all while having a blast with their classmates.
As part of our visit, students will take part in the City Quest Program, where students will explore different careers and discover the roles that make a community run. Working together with classmates and chaperones, they'll take on an immersive mission with tasks around the city — learning teamwork, responsibility, and what it means to be an active, supportive member of a community.

1st grade VLA Student Ticket: Free
Sibling Ticket: $18
Adult Ticket: $18
***Due to extremely limited capacity, this event is open to one parent/guardian per family. Families with multiple Sage Oak students may attend together with one accompanying adult; additional adults cannot be accommodated. We also kindly ask that siblings only attend if needed, so we can accommodate as many 1st grade students as possible.
WAITLISTS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE LAST TICKET IS SOLD.
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
