(4th Grade VLA) The Living Desert: Self-Guided Tour

This event is for 4th Grade VLA students and their families only. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
Embark on a journey through the desert ecosystem at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens! This self-guided tour lets you explore at your own pace, giving you plenty of time to visit with amazing animals from around the world – from cheetahs and giraffes to camels and playful meerkats. Discover diverse plant life, walk the winding trails, and experience hands-on exhibits that bring the desert to life! Perfect for animal lovers and explorers alike, this field trip offers a unique peek into how creatures adapt and thrive in one of the world's hottest climates.
Don’t miss the chance to connect with your 4th-grade classmates during an exciting Animal Exploration Activity with your teachers and peers in the morning! When you arrive at The Living Desert, you’ll enter with your class and head straight to the Village Watutu Theater picnic tables for the activity. Afterward, enjoy a snack with your friends and spend a little more time bonding before everyone heads out to explore the park with their families. Don’t forget to bring a snack to enjoy!
4th grade VLA Student Ticket: Free
Sibling Ticket (Children 2 & under are free): $20
Adult Ticket: $40
WAITLISTS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE LAST TICKET IS SOLD.
