Securing AP Test Sites in October
Students interested in taking AP exams this May must secure a testing spot at an in-person high school that allows outside students to test. This needs to happen in October as schools order AP exams this month. Students should ensure they have filled out our AP Interest Survey and reviewed AP test site location options. A local test site option is not guaranteed.
Please review our AP Resource Guide or reach out to AP Coordinator, Kate Bayless with questions.

LAST CHANCE! A Noise Within Theater: Come From Away
The hit musical, Come From Away, tells the remarkable true story of 7,000 airline passengers stranded in a small Newfoundland town on 9/11 when airspace was closed, and all planes were grounded. As fear and uncertainty give way to compassion and connection, a community opens its doors to the world, caring for the passengers until the planes can fly again. With a soaring score and deeply human storytelling, this production offers a rare opportunity to experience theater in a small, intimate setting. Come From Away is a moving and uplifting celebration of kindness, resilience, and the power of coming together in extraordinary times.
This matinee performance is immediately followed by a Q&A with the cast. If you’ve ever had questions about performing on stage or a career in live theater, this is your chance to ask!
This event is on Tuesday, October 20th and is open to 6th–12th grade PLA students. Children in 6th grade or younger may not attend. Accompanying adult is optional, and students may be dropped off and picked up at the conclusion of the field trip. All accompanying adults must purchase a ticket.
Purchase your Come From Away tickets before they’re sold out!

PSAT Interest
Please fill out the PSAT Interest Form below if you are interested in taking the PSAT exam or if you have already registered for the exam. In our online model at Sage Oak, we have to be very proactive and intentional to find testing locations for our students. We recommend reaching out to your local schools to check for availability so you can have the best chance of finding a close option for testing first. If they do not have testing availability, we will assist you in finding a seat at schools we partner with, though please note this may require driving a greater distance.
If you have already purchased and confirmed a seat, please reach out to Natalia Read via email at nread@sageoak.education so she can add you to the Bluebook list for IT to install the Bluebook program on your laptop.
