Living History Events
Sage Oak’s Living History events, Passport Through Time, are taking place on Friday, November 6th, and Friday, November 13th. Students can explore interactive time-travel stops to participate in activities and bring history to life through our Living History museum.

The Sage Oak facilities team will set up a curriculum and materials donation event available to families on a first-come, first-served basis. All donated items are yours to keep and cannot be returned to Sage Oak.

All Sage Oak students must be accompanied by an adult.

Assessment Readiness: Master the Language of Math
Mastering math is about more than just numbers. It’s about understanding the language behind them! To help your child thrive, we’re sharing a Math Vocabulary Word List with words that frequently appear in math problems, instructions, and discussions for students in grades 3rd – 8th. By becoming familiar with them, your child will strengthen their comprehension, boost their confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. Dedicate just a few minutes each day to reviewing this list, and watch your child’s math vocabulary and confidence grow!

Wild Encounters: The Fascinating World of Wildlife Biology with Mr. O
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work face-to-face with amazing creatures? Join wildlife biologist and nature educator Mr. O as we step into the captivating world of animal science and conservation. During this interactive session, students will meet live animal guests up close and learn how Mr. O rescues animals and how to be an animal ambassador!

Come prepared to learn about this wild and rewarding career by joining Sage Stage on Wednesday, October 21st at 1 pm.
