(PLA) Amazon Fulfillment Tour

This event is for 1st-12th grade PLA students and their families. Children younger than 6 years old are not permitted to attend. All students must be accompanied by an adult.

Ever wonder what happens after you click “Place Order”? 📦 Step inside an Amazon Fulfillment Center and discover the incredible journey a package takes before arriving at your doorstep!

Students will get a behind-the-scenes look at Amazon’s technology, people, and processes while learning how items are stored, selected, packaged, and prepared for delivery. Along the way, students will discover how technology helps keep everything moving, learn about Amazon’s sustainability efforts and commitment to local communities, and have the opportunity to ask questions during the tour.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.

Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
