(PLA) San Diego Natural History Museum: Self-guided Exploration
December 3 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

This event is for TK–12th grade PLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
Discover the wonders of Southern California’s natural history at the San Diego Natural History Museum! During this self-guided experience, students and families will explore fascinating exhibits featuring dinosaurs, fossils, wildlife, ecosystems, and the unique biodiversity of our region. To enhance learning, students will receive an age-appropriate worksheet designed to guide their exploration and encourage observation, critical thinking, and engagement with the exhibits.
Admission also includes access to all museum films showing on the day of our visit, providing an immersive learning experience that brings science and nature to life on the big screen.
This educational field trip offers students the opportunity to connect classroom concepts to real-world discoveries while exploring earth science, biology, paleontology, conservation, and the natural world around them.
