(HS-CTE) Amazon Fulfillment Center: Career & Operations Tour

This is a drop-off field trip for 9th-12th grade PLA students. Children younger than 9th grade may not attend.
Go behind the scenes of one of the world’s largest fulfillment operations! Students will tour an Amazon Fulfillment Center to explore the technology, people, and processes that work together to fulfill and deliver customer orders.
Throughout the experience, students will learn how Amazon uses technology to support its fulfillment process while gaining insight into **operations, sustainability, and the people behind the process**. Students will also learn about Amazon’s commitment to the communities where it operates and have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the tour.
This experience offers high school students a firsthand look at the many moving pieces behind a large-scale fulfillment operation and the people and technology that make it possible.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
