(PLA) Norton Simon Museum: Guided Tour

This event is for 4th-12th grade PLA students and their families. Children younger than 4th grade are not permitted to attend. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
Join us for a private guided tour of the Norton Simon Museum’s impressive collection of art before it opens to the public at noon! We will be lead by knowledgeable docents through the exhibits with a focus on European art, including the works of Van Gogh, Picasso, Rembrandt, Monet, Degas, Renoir, and more! The Norton Simon Museum is home to one of the largest and finest private art collections and will insire young artists of all ages. After our docent lead tour, you are welcome to stay and explore the rest of the museum where you will be dazzled by paintings and sculptures from all over the world.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
