(High School Drop Off Only) Spring Break New York City Cultural & College Tour

This event is for 9th-12th grade High School Sage Oak students and is drop off only. Students younger than 9th grade are not permitted to attend.

Join your fellow peers for a 4 day New York City Cultural & College Tour for Spring Break! During this exciting trip we will explore iconic sites like Times Square and the Statue of Liberty, catch a Broadway show, tour Columbia University and NYU, walk through Harlem and Central Park, and visit The Metropolitan Museum of Art — all while soaking up NYC’s food, art, and culture! $2,995 per Sage Oak Student (9th-12th grade only)
$150 deposit due at time of reservation (+ $6 admin fee) = $156 due now

***Please keep in mind that student drop off at the airport will be very early in the morning, 5am (or earlier), and student pick up will be late in the evening, 9:30pm (or later). While airline tickets cannot be booked until after sign ups close, the drop off airport will be in the Los Angeles area, most likely LAX.

Important Notes:
***All deposits are non-refundable.
***Only the deposit is required today to reserve your student’s spot.
***Remaining balances are paid directly through Educational Discovery Tours — not through this sign-up. You’ll receive instructions for creating an account with them after registration closes.
***You can pay the remaining balance in installments or as one lump sum — whichever works best for you.
***Final payment is due by January 27th.

Payment Options:

1. Full Payment — 1st Semester Instructional Funds ($3,001 total)
*Entire cost is covered by your student’s 1st semester instructional funds — no out-of-pocket payment required.
*Before choosing this option, confirm with your student’s teacher/EA that $3,001 in funds are available.
*If funds turn out to be insufficient, we cannot switch you to another payment option after the fact, and any out-of-pocket amount already paid is non-refundable.

2. Split Payment — 1st Semester Instructional Funds + Out-of-Pocket
*Pay a $150 deposit + $6 admin fee out-of-pocket today ($156 total due now).
*At checkout, choose how much of the remaining balance to cover with 1st semester instructional funds.
*Any portion not covered by instructional funds is paid out-of-pocket.
*Confirm available funds with your student’s teacher/EA before checkout.
*No refunds for out-of-pocket amounts if funds turn out to be insufficient.

3. Split Payment — 1st Semester + 2nd Semester Instructional Funds
*Pay a $150 deposit + $6 admin fee out-of-pocket today ($156 total due now).
*At checkout, choose how much of the remaining balance to cover with 1st semester instructional funds.
*Any remaining balance is then covered using 2nd semester instructional funds.
*Confirm available funds with your student’s teacher/EA before checkout.
*No refunds for out-of-pocket amounts if funds turn out to be insufficient.

4. Fully Out-of-Pocket ($3,001 total)
*Pay a $150 deposit + $6 admin fee today ($156 total due now).
*Remaining balance ($2,845) is due December 19th, paid directly to Educational Discovery Tours.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.

Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
