Sign Up for our Winter Social This is the last week to sign up for our winter social! Unlike most of our field trips, this is a FREE event where all of our teachers will be present. If you are looking for your student to connect with others in their class and for you to meet other parents, you will want to attend! It will take place on Friday, December 6th from 9:30am-11:30am at the Westwind Community Center in Ontario. Classes will spend time together playing games, participating in crafts, and enjoying a Magician who will be performing tricks from around the world (there will be an alternative activity available during the magic show). The event registration will be open until November 6th in order for us to plan accordingly. We hope to see you there! Click here to sign up. |
Art Opportunity We have a very exciting opportunity for our 2nd-8th grade students to participate in a flexible Oakschool 8-week asynchronous art class series again! These classes will allow our artists to explore a variety of art techniques at their own pace. Whether your student is interested in drawing, painting, or crafting, each week offers new project ideas and step-by-step guidance to help build new skills. This series will begin on Monday, November 4th and conclude on Friday, January 17th. Please read through this enrollment form for more information and submit the finalized form to enroll your child. Enrollment will be confirmed via an email from the art teacher and a Canvas invite by Monday, November 4th. |
Join our Run Club! We are excited to welcome students to our new Run Club! The club is led by Ms. Ramer, one of our 5th-grade teachers, who is a marathon runner herself. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to improve your skills, we’ve got a place for you. Together, we’ll set goals, track our progress, and support each other along the way—from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace! We especially encourage our 5th and 7th graders to join so they are prepared for the physical fitness test mile run. There are weekly activities for students to complete with fun challenges, motivation, and a sense of community! Let’s get active, stay connected, and run towards success! Click here to get started and let’s hit the ground running! |
Assemblies Recordings We had a wonderful time celebrating responsibility and dressing up yesterday! If your student would like to submit a joke for our next assembly they can do so here. Students can also use this form to submit a video of a talent or hobby to be featured in the months ahead. You can check out the recordings below if you weren’t able to attend.
