Living History Events & Socials Please join us for our Living History Socials this November, featuring Living History projects from Sage Oak students! Everyone is invited to attend the Socials which will include interactive historical crafts and activities, as well as Curriculum Swaps and Tech Support at select locations. Unfortunately, we currently have low enrollment for the Living History project/competition. We encourage you to check out the Living History informational doc and consider signing your student up to complete a project and participate in our Living History competition. Curriculum Corner: Khan Academy Khan Academy is a fantastic, free resource for students who can benefit from video tutorials and extra support with specific math concepts. If your student is struggling to understand a topic, they can access clear, step-by-step video tutorials that break down challenging concepts in a way that’s easy to follow. Whether your child needs help with basic arithmetic or more advanced topics, Khan Academy has lessons for all grade levels. Khan Academy can be used as your student’s core math curriculum or it can be used as a supplemental resource alongside any math curriculum your student is using, providing additional practice and reinforcing key skills to build confidence and mastery. |
