Join your fellow 5th grade classmates for an Action-Packed Field Trip to Rock Fitness! Get ready for a high-energy, confidence-building adventure! Students will explore all that Rock Fitness has to offer—including rock climbing, bouldering, team-building games, and more—in a fun and safe indoor setting.
Whether your child is a first-time climber or an experienced adventurer, Rock Fitness offers something for everyone. With professional instructors guiding the way, students will learn the basics of knot-tying and belaying, while building trust and teamwork skills through hands-on activities.
Activities include:
- High wall climbing with auto-belay and top rope stations
- Bouldering for all experience levels
- Slackline balance area
- Cageball, crate stacking, and other trust-based challenges
- Fun team games like dodgeball, volleyball, or basketball
Lunch: Families may bring a sack lunch or purchase snacks/lunch at the facility.
