(PLA only) Aquarium of the Pacific: Self-Guided Tour

This event is for PLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
The Aquarium of the Pacific is a fun and educational experience for students and families! In addition to 11,000 animal exhibits with numerous opportunities for up-close encounters, including a world-class aquarium, you can explore the waters of Southern California and Baja, the Northern Pacific, and the Tropical Pacific.The Aquarium also features exhibits outdoors, including Shark Lagoon, the Lorikeet Forest aviary, and Our Water Future. The special exhibits gallery features changing exhibits, and visitors can learn more about veterinary care at the Molina Animal Care Center. Meet a colony of Magellanic Penguins in the June Keyes Penguin Habitat, and engage with current science in the Ocean Science Center featuring NOAA’s Science on a Sphere®. Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases.
