The TK-8 Sage Oak Virtual Academy is a unique program where community and collaboration are fostered and students build relationships with their peers.
We offer engaging, hands-on, project-based learning with three days of virtual instruction (on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two days of independent study (on Monday and Friday).
The class teacher is responsible for assigning work and grading assignments. Students are placed in grade-level classes and for the 2022-2023 school year there will be two classes per grade level.
Please check out our Virtual Academy Guidebook with links, resources, and tutorials to help parents and students!
Students in this program will be provided with a Chromebook, all curriculum, materials, and it also includes a grade-level specific field trip. Along with three days of direct instruction, students are also given the opportunity to participate in clubs and enrichment classes offered by academy teachers. No instructional funds are allotted to students in this program.
