Upcoming AVID Webinars for Current 8th Grade Students
Our high school is excited to announce that we will be offering AVID next year for 9th-grade students! We will hold an informational webinar tomorrow Tuesday, May 3rd at 1:30 pm via this Zoom link.

Counseling Corner
May is National Mental Health Awareness Month and May 9-13, is Student Mental Health Awareness Week. Next week, we will be sharing resources and tools for our students.

However, we want to invite parents and caregivers to mark their calendars now for a free workshop at 4:00 pm on Monday, May 9th hosted by the California Association of School Counselors titled, Decoding the Mental Health Messages of Children and Adolescents.

This workshop will identify signs and symptoms of common mental health concerns that affect children and adolescents, explore the distinction between developmentally normative patterns and those that may reflect higher than expected levels of distress, and present strategies that parents and caregivers can employ to support successful coping and maintain healthy communication with their child. Sage Stage Welcomes The Sage Oak High School Music Club
Get ready for major music fun! Join us on the Sage Stage this Friday, May 6th at 9:00 am as we welcome our own Sage Oak Music Club. This group of students formed a Music Club so that they could share their talent and passion for music.

During this Sage Stage, you will watch a performance and learn about how you can get involved in Sage Stage clubs or even start one of your own!

Join us for our 2nd annual virtual college fair on May 11, 2022 at 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm! This exciting event is a collaborative effort between Sage Oak and several other charter schools.
