This event is for 4th-12th grade PLA students and their families. Children younger than 4th grade are not permitted to attend. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
Mission Inn Hotel & Spa is located in Riverside, a city known from its rich citrus history, hot housing for Millennials and emerging nightlife. The area is bustling with restaurants, craft breweries, specialty shops and some of the most fascinating museums youʼll find in California. Catch a Broadway show at the Fox Performing Arts Center, browse for antiques along downtown Main Street or play a round of golf. Soar high above the Inland California landscape in a hot air balloon or take a day cruise out to Catalina Island. The area also offers numerous higher learning institutions and abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation. We will embark on a one-hour walking tour of the downtown area. It includes history, architecture , information in the National Landmark, along with local history.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.

Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
