(PLA) Lifehouse Theater: George Washington Carver

This event is for PLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended for PLA grades K-12th.
Join us at the Lifehouse Theater to experience the amazing true American story of how a humble man born in slavery helped transform agricultural practices and enrich the livelihoods of many in the South through his educational efforts with farmers and his research on the lowly peanut and sweet potato. Don't miss this inspiring musical.
Due to the intimacy of our theater, children under 3 are not admitted. Everyone entering the theater needs a ticket.
Sage Oak Student Ticket: $18
Sibling Ticket (strictly ages 3 & up): $18
Adult Ticket: $18
ALL WAITLISTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 8AM ON JANUARY 21st
Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
