(PLA) Cabrillo National Monument: Plant Adaptations Exploration
May 7 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

(Release Date: January 14th at 12:00 noon)
This event is for PLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended for PLA grades K-8th.
Join us as we explore the unique coastal environment at Cabrillo National Monument during the Plant Adaptations workshop. In this hands on program, students will learn about the plants and animals that live there and discover how they have adapted to survive in this dry, coastal environment. This experience will help students understand why Coastal Sage Scrub is a disappearing habitat—and why places like Cabrillo National Monument are important for protecting it.
Sage Oak Student Ticket: $3
Sibling Ticket: $3
Adult Ticket: $3
ALL WAITLISTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 8AM ON JANUARY 21.
