Required Documentation

All students must provide:

A valid birth certificate, passport, or a completed Affidavit of Birth form provided by the Registrar.
Proof of Residency. An example of acceptable proof of residence would be a utility bill dated within 3 months.
Proof of Residency Acceptable Documents
