Mental Illness Awareness WeekThis week is #MentalIllnessAwarenessWeek! According to Mental Health America, 46% of Americans will meet the criteria for a diagnosable mental health condition sometime in their lifetime, and half of those people will develop conditions by the age of 14. Additionally, the lives influenced by mental illness are much greater. Family members, friends, and coworkers are all indirectly affected by those experiencing mental health concerns. Despite the prevalence, mental health symptoms are often ignored.Please check out Mental Health America and their #b4stage4 campaign to learn about the mental health symptoms, screening processes, and find additional resources to deal with stress, bounce back from adversity, and be a healthy, happy you!…
