Oakschool brings learning to life with daily live, synchronous instruction for TK-8th graders through collaborative lessons and active learning that builds real peer and teacher relationships. Utilizing school-provided instructional funds (IFs), students can enroll in career exploration courses and year-long Core Companion Classes that include curriculum. Please note: While our Virtual Learning Academy (VLA) students receive all of their core instruction through their teacher(s) Tuesday – Thursday, as well as small groups on Mondays, they have the opportunity to take enrichment classes through Oakschool when not in live VLA small groups or classes. Please note that these classes are included for all VLA students. Our VLA program will purchase required materials for one art and one enrichment class per quarter. Any registrations beyond that date or beyond the one art and one enrichment course, parents will be responsible for procuring the required class materials.
