We have a limited number of tickets available for The Lion King at the Pantages Theater on January 29th, 2027! Please note this is not an official VLA field trip, so all tickets (student, adult, and any sibling tickets, ages 10+) are out-of-pocket purchases – but at a discounted rate! Sign up here!

Introducing Sage Serves
Sage Serves is back for the 2026–2027 school year! This program gives students the opportunity to grow in compassion, leadership, and service while making a positive impact in their communities.
Last year, our students made an incredible difference, and we’re excited to see what they accomplish this year. We encourage you to sign up, log service hours, and help us live out Sage Oak’s core value of serving others. Your student can kick off their service hours at our first service event: The Beach Social in Huntington Beach on Friday, September 25th. Every act of kindness makes a difference!

Counseling Corner
For some students, social-emotional skills come naturally, while others need more targeted teaching, and that’s ok! Small counseling groups are intended for students who need extra support and practice. Sign-ups are now open for our fall 2026 school counseling groups!
- Thrive Tribe– supporting stress, anxiety, and worry.
- Calm Crew– managing frustration and anger.
- Responsibility Round Up– planning, staying focused and organized.
- Social Squad– friendship, conflict resolution.

Teach Students to Type
Typing is an essential skill in today’s digital world.
Why it matters:
Typing improves focus, hand-eye coordination, and makes digital tasks easier and less frustrating.
How you can help at home:
Just 15 minutes of daily practice can make a big difference! Encourage your child to join typing challenges, set a routine, and celebrate their progress.
Together, we can help students build this valuable skill for school and beyond!
