Promotion Ceremonies & End of Year Social
Sign up for our End of Year social on Friday, May 29th in Rancho Cucamonga. Promotion ceremonies for our Kindergartners, 5th graders, and 8th graders will also take place. Let’s celebrate together with your teachers and classmates before we head off to summer break! There will be summer-themed activities, amazing science activities, and a food truck!

25-26 Materials Return
With the school year winding down, it is time to get ready to return your student’s 25/26 educational materials. Please click here to see a detailed list of items required for return along with specific instructions on how to drop them off. All materials need to be returned by Friday, June 12, 2026.

PAGE – Program for Advanced and Gifted Education
Sage Oak offers a program to support students who are identified as gifted and talented or high achieving students through our PAGE (Program for Advanced and Gifted Education) initiative.

Do you have a student currently in grades 3rd-7th who may qualify as gifted and talented or high achieving? If so, check out this FLYER for more information on the program and qualification. 

PAGE opportunities aim to extend learning through enrichment and challenge, cultivating advanced skills and deepening understanding in a way that honors students’ potential and social-emotional development.   All PAGE offerings are OPTIONAL and students may participate as much or as little as they like. 

If your student was previously identified as gifted and talented at another school, there’s no need for reassessment if GATE identification is verified. Simply complete the same form and indicate their prior designation in the appropriate section.

Save the Date! August Parent Summit
Mark your calendars: we are excited to share that the virtual August Parent Summit will be taking place the week of August 10th! The Parent Summit is an engaging and informative week designed to help you kick off the school year feeling confident, connected, and prepared. 35 virtual sessions will be offered throughout the week between 9am – 3:45pm, with 20 focusing on our VLA program. These sessions allow parents/guardians to learn more about Sage Oak’s unique programs and offerings. Whether you’re new to our school or a returning family, these sessions will empower you to partner with us and support your child’s independent study journey.
