💡Middle School Updates Middle School Hangout Bullwinkles in Upland tomorrow on Friday, May 2nd! Complete the permission slip to attend! Please contact our middle school coordinator, Lauren Holman, with any questions: Lholman@sageoak.education National Junior Honors Society: Students in grades 7-9 are encouraged to apply for the National Junior Honors Society if they have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and demonstrate a strong commitment to community service and leadership. The application deadline is May 9th, and selected candidates will be notified of their acceptance in June. Students who are already members do not need to reapply. For questions please contact Christy Hartman at chartman@sageoak.education. Future Ambassador Volunteer Hours: Don’t forget to work on your volunteer service hours if you are a future ambassador! You will need 50 hours total for the year to qualify for the Future Ambassador program. ![]() 🎓 Sign Up: VLA End-of-the-Year Social! Sign up for our End of Year social on Friday, May 30th in Rancho Cucamonga. Promotion ceremonies for our Kindergartners, 5th graders, and 8th graders will also take place. Let’s celebrate together with your teachers and classmates before we head off to summer break! There will be summer-themed activities, amazing science activities, and a food truck! Families are also welcome to attend the Personalized Learning Academy (PLA) social on Thursday, June 5th at a regional location near you. In my free time, when I am not being a taxi driver for all their activities, I enjoy scrapbooking, playing games, and watching game shows! A fun fact about me is that I have been on many game shows including America Says and Price is Right! |
