It’s going to be a great day! ![]() Sage Oak Showcase Do you have any friends or family that are interested in learning more about the amazing programs Sage Oak has to offer? Invite them to attend one of our upcoming Sage Oak Showcases taking place at an Art in the Park near you! There, they will have all their questions answered and have the opportunity to participate in a fun art project! They can sign up here. Sage Oak students must register to attend. ![]() Oakschool It’s time to start looking at Quarter 4 opportunities if you have not done so already! Be sure to check out the course catalog and enroll today to reserve your spot. Quarter 4 begins on March 23. Enroll by March 16 to receive materials for 1 enrichment course and 1 art course shipped directly by our VLA team. Any registrations beyond that date or beyond the 1 art and 1 enrichment course, parents will be responsible for procuring the required class materials. ![]() Counseling Corner Our spring 2026 school counseling groups are starting later this month! In Thrive Tribe, students will learn brain skills and relaxation techniques to better manage situations that cause stress, anxiety, and worry. (Grades 1-2, 3-5) In Calm Crew, students will learn how to identify and manage frustration and anger, and apply strategies to regain control and build confidence. (Grades TK-2, 3-5, 6-8) And in Skills Squad, students will practice responsibility by learning to plan, stay focused, follow directions, and stay organized. We’re excited to share that our March Parent Summit begins today! As part of this exciting weeklong virtual event, we’re offering six VLA-focused sessions designed to help you better understand and maximize the curriculum your student uses, including IXL, Tutor.com, Mystery Science, StudySync, Inspire Science, and Studies Weekly. These sessions are a great opportunity to gain deeper insight into these programs, see helpful features in action, and feel more confident supporting your child at home. Be sure to explore this digital brochure for full session descriptions, dates, and times so you can plan which presentations to attend. Can’t join us live? No problem! All sessions will be recorded and shared after the Parent Summit, so you can watch at your convenience. We’re excited to share two upcoming volunteer opportunities where students can make a meaningful impact in their communities: 📍 March 25, 2026 – OC United (Fullerton) Join us as we partner with OC United to support local children and families through hands-on service. 📍 April 22, 2026 – Ronald McDonald House (Pasadena) Students and families are invited to serve together at the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House, supporting families staying there during challenging times.
