(VLA) Promotion & End of the Year Social

This event is for VLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
All Tk-8th grade students, let's celebrate together with your teachers and classmates before we head off to summer break! There will be summer-themed activities and a food truck! Tastee Flavors Food Truck will have food available for purchase starting at 9am. Click here to check out the menu!
Our promotion ceremonies for Kindergarten, 5th, and 8th grade will take place in the morning, and then our social will follow. This will be a fun ending to a great school year! We can’t wait to see you there!
Schedule of Events
9:00 am - 10:30 am: Promotion Ceremony for VLA K/5th/8th grade students
10:45 am - 11:00 am: All School Awards
11:00 am - 12:30 pm: Social
VLA Students Free, Siblings Free, Adults Free
***While this event is FREE for all participants, please reserve a ticket for everyone attending, so that we can have an accurate count for the event.
***Important: If you would like to attend both the promotion ceremony and the social, please be sure to reserve tickets for both events for each family member attending.
***7-Ticket Limit for Promotion Ceremony: Due to capacity limits at the venue, there is a seven-ticket limit per family for each graduating student. Children age 2 and under do not need a ceremony ticket and may sit on the lap of an adult. Please note that strollers are not permitted inside the auditorium, so children must remain seated on an adult’s lap for the duration of the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
