(PLA) Yucaipa Performing Arts Center: Rogers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella Live Musical

This event is for K-12th grade PLA students and their families.

Join us for this exclusive matinee performance for schools. Step into a world of enchantment and wonder with Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, the exhilarating new Broadway adaptation of the timeless classic that has captured hearts for generations! This vibrant retelling breathes fresh life into the beloved tale, combining dazzling performances, stunning visuals, and an engaging narrative that will leave you spellbound. Join Cinderella as she navigates her journey from the ashes of despair to the heights of true love, all set against a backdrop of dazzling costumes and breathtaking choreography. This contemporary version not only showcases the cherished songs by the legendary duo but also introduces a witty, modern libretto crafted by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane, ensuring laughs and heartfelt moments at every turn. Delight in iconic melodies like “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible,” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” each brought to life with extraordinary talent and passion that will resonate with audiences of all ages.

Tickets can be purchased out of pocket or with Instructional Funds (for Sage Oak students). Purchasing with Instructional Funds: Please verify with your student’s teacher/EA that your student has sufficient instructional funds available for this purchase. We are not able to provide alternative payment options if there are insufficient funds and we are not able to refund any accompanying out-of-pocket ticket purchases. Please read the field trip description carefully. If an accompanying adult ticket is required, be sure to claim an adult ticket. If student/sibling tickets are claimed without accompanying adult tickets, we are not able to provide refunds for canceled student/sibling tickets.

 

ALL WAITLISTS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AT 8 AM ON MARCH 11TH.

Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
