(PLA) OCC Observatory: Earth, Moon, and Sun

October 24 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

(Release Date: August 27 at 12:00 noon)

This event is for K-5th grade PLA students and their families. All students must be accompanied by an adult.

Your adventure through the Universe starts now! Earth, Moon, & Sun is a fun and exciting full planetarium dome exploration of a huge range of heavenly phenomena. Lunar phases, eclipses, day and night, the sun and seasons are all explained with the help of a very confused and troublesome coyote, straight from Native American folklore. Through correcting Coyote's many misunderstandings, we can begin to unfold what's really going on in the sky.
