This event is for 8th-12th grade Sage Oak students and is drop off only.
Join us for a one day trip to Sacramento to visit the capitol, old town, California State University Sacramento, and museums!
Students will have an opportunity to see the seat of our state government. They have the opportunity to meet and converse with their state representatives and learn about the CA state capitol and surrounding areas. Students will also tour California State University Sacramento and learn what options are available to them. Students will also be able to visit the Vietnam Memorial as well as the Museum of Science and Curiosity. Most importantly, students will have the opportunity to interact and make connections with one another, building relationships through experiences. If time permits,there will be free time in Sacramento or Old Town Sacramento.
This one day field trip program includes: round trip airfare, deluxe motorcoach transportation, lunch, dinner, all activities, and an educational tour guide.
***Please keep in mind that student drop off at the airport will be very early in the morning, 5am (or earlier), and student pick up will be late in the evening, 9:30pm (or later). While airline tickets cannot be booked until after sign ups close, the drop off airport will be in the Los Angeles area, most likely LAX.
