This event is for 8th-12th grade Sage Oak students and is drop off only.
Join us for an unforgettable one-day adventure to Sacramento!
Students will explore the state capitol, tour California State University Sacramento, and visit exciting sites like Old Town, the Vietnam Memorial, and the Museum of Science and Curiosity. They’ll learn about state government, meet their representatives, and discover future college opportunities—all while bonding with fellow Sage Oak students through shared experiences.
Trip includes: Round-trip airfare, deluxe motorcoach transportation, lunch, dinner, all activities, and a professional educational tour guide.
***Early morning airport drop-off (as early as 5:00 AM) and late evening pickup (around 9:30 PM or later)
***Departure airport will be in the Los Angeles area, most likely LAX

*If selected, we will release your ticket to confirm your attendance at a later date.
$150 Deposit due at the time of reservation (a $6 admin fee will be added to each transaction)

*Confirm with your student’s teacher/EA that sufficient funds are available.
*We cannot offer alternative payment options if funds are insufficient, and we cannot refund out-of-pocket purchases.
Split payment (Instructional funds + Out-of-Pocket)
*Pay $150 deposit + $6 admin fee out-of-pocket today.
*During checkout, you’ll be asked how much of your student’s instructional funds you would like to apply toward the remaining balance, in $50 increments. You may choose to use a portion or the full amount of the remaining balance from instructional funds, with any leftover amount paid out-of-pocket.
*Confirm with your student’s teacher/EA how much instructional funding is available to use.
*No refunds for out-of-pocket purchases if funds are insufficient.

***All deposits are non-refundable.
***Only the deposit is required to reserve your spot now.
***Remaining balances must be paid directly through an Educational Discovery Tours account. Which you will receive information about creating an account with them after sign ups are over.
***You can pay the remaining balance in payments or in one lump sum
***Final payment must be made by December 19th.
Please note that during school field trips and other school-sponsored community events, photos and videos may be taken where students could appear in group settings. While we make every effort to respect media preferences, students may sometimes be captured in the background or within group shots in public spaces. If your child does not have media consent on file, they will not be the main focus of any photo or video. We do not highlight or identify individuals without prior consent.
