Code Crusades Advanced is the next step in the world of coding and is crafted just for middle school students, led by a college student instructor! Come along for the opportunity to embark on a coding adventure, exploring the world of Java programming in an engaging and interactive manner. Through hands-on projects and creative challenges, participants will develop their coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork while having a great time. Continue in the Code Crusades and continue to be an amazing coder! (This will be a repeat course from last year. New students are welcome to join!)
The course includes enrollment in a Typing.com virtual course, which offers a coding certification at no additional cost to IFs. Students will have 8 weeks to independently complete the certification course.
This course will be taught by a college student instructor who will be utilizing higher education content and tailoring it to the middle school level. Upon receipt of enrollment requests, our Oakschool team will determine if this advanced class is suitable for your child’s needs and learning plan. Separate enrollments for each quarter is required.
