Welcome to Nutri-Chef: Healthy Cooking & Baking Essentials! In this class, you’ll become a kitchen superstar by learning how to make tasty and nutritious snacks and meals. We’ll explore colorful fruits, crunchy veggies, and yummy whole grains that help your body grow strong and full of energy. Students will learn how to prepare simple, healthy meals and discuss the importance of good nutrition for growth and development.You’ll get hands-on experience mixing, measuring, and baking delicious treats that are good for you too! Along the way, we’ll discover fun facts about where food comes from and why it’s important to eat a balanced diet. By the end, you’ll have your own recipe book filled with healthy favorites to share with family and friends. Get ready to cook, bake, and have a blast while learning how to take care of your body one bite at a time!
