In this festive class, students will explore the beautiful art of tin ornament making, inspired by the traditional Mexican craft known as Hojalata. Students will learn the process of metal tooling, where they will emboss and decorate tin sheets to create their own shiny, colorful ornaments. Through this hands-on project, they’ll discover how these beautiful decorations have been handcrafted for generations in Mexico. Celebrate the holiday season with creativity and culture by crafting your own dazzling tin ornaments to treasure or gift!
