This workshop will focus on helping your child break free from feelings of anxiety. You will learn what anxiety looks and feels like and reflect on your thoughts, behaviors, and parenting practices. We will discuss ready-to-apply strategies and long-term techniques to support your children in coping with their anxiety. Additionally, we’ll discuss when and how to collaborate with your school counselors and seek additional support for your child. Click here to join and/or here to register and receive event reminders.
