Just breathe! In this class, we will explore and embrace the wonderful practices of yoga and pilates. We will be meeting in-person in the Yucaipa area at I Street Park where students will be introduced to various asanas (poses) that enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Through a series of guided movements, students will learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. No prior yoga or pilates experience is needed! (Parents must stay as an observer for the class for the entire duration. No drop offs permitted).
