Zen Flow: Yoga & Pilates Fusion (Quarter 3)

Just breathe! In this class, we will explore and embrace the wonderful practices of yoga and pilates. Students will be introduced to various asanas (poses) that enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Through a series of guided movements, students will learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. No prior yoga or pilates experience is needed!
