Perseverance Power Up: Celebrating the Oops, Whoops, & Wows (Part 2)

As the great Winston Churchill once said, “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it’s the courage to continue that counts.” And that’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in this class! We’ll dive into motivational stories that will inspire students to learn from their mistakes, try new things, and keep pushing forward, even when the going gets tough. Led by our TK-8 school counselor and utilizing resources from Big Life Journal, this class is designed to help students build the confidence they need to tackle difficult tasks, develop perseverance so they don’t give up easily, and face challenges with resilience. They’ll learn to embrace their mistakes and understand that they’re just a natural part of the learning process. They’ll also discover the incredible power of their brains to learn and grow and come to realize that with practice and effort, they can achieve amazing things! (This will be new content from Quarter 3 so both new and returning students are welcome)!
