Counseling Corner
Join Ms. Allie & Ms. Wendy on Monday, November 29 at 1 pm for this month's Coffee with the Counselor. We will talk about incorporating Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports at home to allow a more cohesive environment between home time and school time. This will enable students to have a clearly defined understanding of expectations in a positive manner.

PBIS is a positive rewards system that teachers, as well as parents, can use for positive outcomes.  It promotes safety and responsibility during school and at home. It teaches students about behavior expectations and how to make good choices.

We will be discussing three topics:

  • Set Family Routines
  • Choose Family Expectations
  • Teach Family Expectations

We hope you can join us, and we look forward to spending time with you!
