This event is for Sage Oak students and families. Students must be accompanied by an adult.
Come volunteer at a Riverbed Farm! We'll get an orientation to the farm and its work and then our volunteer group will help with harvest duties like picking, washing, and bagging produce. Bring a sack lunch for a picnic at the Farm after we're done volunteering!
Riverbed Farm is one of two Renewable Farms locations in Orange County. Renewable Farms have been helping people grow food for a healthier more Sustainable Lifestyle since 2008. From schools and orphanages to hospitals and homeowners, Renewable Farms aims to educate, empower, and employ communities through responsible agricultural methods. This event begins at 10:30 am.
