Join the GRAMMY Museum as we celebrate songs of protest and sounds of freedom with Music of the Civil Rights Movement. The workshop discusses the climate of the nation leading up to and during the civil rights movement and showcases both the political and musical leaders who helped change history. Additionally, students are asked to look at how the popular music of today is used to rally the nation and inspire a fight for change.

Sage Oak will not be the only school in attendance.  This workshop is open to any school who signs up.
